How to Set Up Single Sign-On With Okta

HiHello Enterprise now supports Single Sign-On with Okta. Follow this guide to learn how to configure HiHello with Okta.

HiHello Enterprise now supports Single Sign-On (SSO) with Okta! After configuring HiHello with Okta, users will be able to use SSO to log into their new, already-created HiHello accounts.

Before you can configure SSO login through Okta, a few things need to happen:

  • You must be the account owner or admin for your organization’s HiHello Enterprise account. (Don’t have a HiHello Enterprise account yet? Contact our Enterprise Sales Team.)
  • You must create at least one digital business card template within HiHello. Keep in mind you’ll need to set up a new app within Okta for each unique template or group that you have.
  • You must be an administrator to your Okta tenant.

After your HiHello Enterprise account is created and you have one or more card templates in place, you can set up your Okta SSO integration.

HiHello supports IdP-initiated SSO with Okta.

How to set up the Okta SSO integration with HiHello

1. Sign in to your Okta account.

2. Install the HiHello application in your Okta instance.

3. In the Okta admin page, click HiHello and go to the Sign On tab.

4. Copy your Client ID, Client secret, and Okta domain.

5. Start a new email with the following subject line: <Your Company Name> + HiHello Enterprise Okta Integration. Send the email to and include the following information:

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Okta domain
  • The card template you wish to use

Once we receive your request, please allow for up to 1-2 business days for the integration to be finalized. Once completed, your organization can sign in to HiHello using Okta SSO and begin sharing their digital cards.
