HiHello supports syncing with Microsoft Outlook Exchange for all HiHello Professional, Business, and Enterprise customers. This powerful feature allows users to easily access all their HiHello contacts on Exchange, and even allows for importing Exchange contacts into HiHello.
Syncing Just Got Smarter
If you’re using both HiHello and Microsoft Outlook Exchange, syncing your contacts ensures your network is always up to date across devices, inboxes, and conversations.
Whether you're working from your laptop, replying on your phone, or prepping for a meeting, the people you’ve connected with in HiHello will be right where you need them, in your Outlook address book.
Why Sync HiHello with Outlook?
HiHello’s contact sync helps you:
- Save time: No more toggling between platforms to find the right contact
- Stay organized: Sync by card or group so you can manage your network with clarity
- Work across devices: With mobile support, your synced contacts appear in the Outlook mobile app on iOS and Android
- Import with ease: Bring Exchange contacts into HiHello to manage everything in one place
It's a powerful way to keep your relationships close, even as your network grows.
How the HiHello and Microsoft Exchange integration works
1. Connect
Within HiHello’s settings, select the Microsoft Exchange integration and follow the simple connection process.
2. Customize
Once connected, you can manage and tailor your syncing options to your personal or team needs. Choose which contacts to sync, and which contacts should flow back to HiHello.
3. Done!
Your contacts will now automatically sync every 6 hours, so you can ensure you always have your connections in the right place!
Privacy and Control in Your Hands
This integration is secure and permission-based. You’ll be asked to approve the connection, and can manage sync preferences, like what groups to include or whether to import from the HiHello web app at any time.
