At most SaaS companies, customer success means simple training, support tickets, or maybe a check-in before renewal. At HiHello, it means something much bigger.
HiHello pioneered digital business cards to modernize the way professionals connect. Today, the company has grown into the leading Professional Presence Platform. Unifying how organizations manage their brand and people across every interaction, from email signatures to enterprise lead capture.
We sat down with Rebekah Boon, Head of Customer Success and Support at HiHello, to talk about how her team partners with customers to drive retention, expansion, and ROI. Along the way, she shares what makes HiHello different and why G2 has recognized the company with its Best Relationship badge alongside dozens of other awards in the Fall 2025 reports.
How would you describe what Customer Success means at HiHello?
Rebekah Boon:
“Customer success at HiHello is about true partnership. In SaaS, it’s common for CS teams to only handle training, onboarding, or renewal reminders. But when we deploy HiHello inside an organization, we’re changing the way people have connected for decades. That kind of transformation requires more than training—it requires strategy.
Our team becomes deeply embedded as strategists and experts. We don’t just check in occasionally; we work with our customers week after week, year after year, to help them build sustainable programs that drive real business outcomes.”
“Customer success at HiHello is about true partnership… transformation requires strategy.”
What does a ‘successful’ customer look like to your team?
Rebekah Boon:
“For many SaaS companies, success is defined by milestones like logins or onboarding completion. We measure success by whether customers achieve impactful business outcomes.
The goals a team has in their first 90 days are very different from what they’re trying to accomplish nine months later, or two years later. We adapt alongside them. That evolution is the most exciting part of my job. Watching how customers transform their business as HiHello becomes part of their daily operations.”
Why do you think HiHello earns such high customer satisfaction ratings on G2?
Rebekah Boon:
“I think it comes down to the relationships we build. We don’t just launch customers and walk away; we stay engaged. That’s why we see multi-year contracts and renewals.
And it shows up in the data. In the Fall 2025 G2 Reports, HiHello was awarded the Best Relationship badge, which measures customer satisfaction with the seller’s quality of support, ease of doing business, and likelihood to recommend the product. To me, that recognition reflects the trust and long-term partnership we build with every customer.”

What do you think keeps business and enterprise customers with HiHello for the long haul?
Rebekah Boon:
“Consistency. We align with our customers’ evolving priorities. As their programs grow and their organizations change, we change with them.
I hire and structure my team with that in mind, making sure customers always have an ecosystem of support, resources, and strategy. That’s why we see high retention rates and strong expansion. Customers stay with HiHello because we stay with them.”

What’s the most important thing a customer can do to ensure long-term success with HiHello?
Rebekah Boon:
“Be willing to partner. The most successful customers are the ones who bring us in as strategic advisers, sharing their goals, KPIs, and challenges.
When customers collaborate with us that way, we can build programs that don’t just launch smoothly, but expand and deliver measurable results year after year.”
For HiHello, customer success isn’t about transactions; it’s about transformation. By building long-term partnerships, Rebekah’s team helps customers modernize the way they connect, achieve ROI faster, and unlock measurable business impact.
It’s no surprise that HiHello continues to earn recognition from G2, including top placements in the Implementation Index for Digital Business Cards, multiple Fastest Implementation badges, and the coveted Best Relationship badge.
